East Neck Insurance opened its doors on Great East Neck Road in late 2019. We are a small, local, independent agency: we work for you, not for one insurance company, and we are in the office when you need us.
The owner
Daniel Walsh
Owner and licensed insurance broker
Danny Walsh grew up on Long Island and spent years in the insurance and financial industries before opening East Neck Insurance in 2019. He started the agency for a simple reason: too many people were paying too much for coverage they did not understand, bought from a voice on the phone they would never speak to again.
At East Neck, Danny quotes every policy with more than one carrier, explains what each line item actually does, and stays on the account after the sale. Clients describe him as prompt, detailed and attentive, and it shows in the agency's reviews: a perfect five-star rating on Google across more than a hundred of them.
Outside the office he is a fixture in the Town of Babylon business community. In March 2020, with the supermarkets overwhelmed, he and three fellow business owners raised about $10,000 in a matter of days and ran a free market for seniors out of the agency, complete with curbside pickup and delivery.

Walk in at 421 Great East Neck Road, call or email. You speak with someone who knows your policy, not a call center. Licensed in New York, Florida, North Carolina and South Carolina.
Same-day service
ID cards, certificates, adding a car, changing a mortgagee: most requests are handled the same day, usually within the hour.
Claims help when it counts
When something goes wrong, we help you report the claim, talk to the adjuster and follow it through to settlement.
